What information do we collect and how do we use it?
We collect no personally identifiable information through this Web site, except
to the extent that you request ShareBuilder 401(k) informational materials through
our online form that asks for your Contact Information and company information.
When you request those ShareBuilder 401(k) materials we will use your information
to provide you with the requested ShareBuilder 401(k) materials, to follow-up with
you from time to time via email, mail or telephone, and to provide to you with additional
information describing and promoting the ShareBuilder 401(k). Any email you receive

our technology regularly to maintain and improve the protection of our customers'
information. We restrict access to personal information to employees and service
providers for legitimate business purposes to assist in providing services to you.
Employees who violate our privacy policy are subject to disciplinary action.
Miscellaneous
This privacy policy applies only information that is personally identifiable, and
we reserve the right to use and disclose all other information in our discretion.
